Ivan Khomych

Ivan Khomych is the Head of the HMECC Representative Office in Ukraine. With a background in international relations and medical certification infrastructure, he plays a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Committee’s activities in Ukraine and the broader Eastern European region.

Ivan brings over a decade of experience in coordinating cross-border healthcare projects, working closely with certification centers, regulatory bodies, and private medical institutions. His expertise in compliance, localization, and market access ensures a smooth path for Chinese medical companies entering the Ukrainian market.

As a strategic liaison between Chinese innovation and Ukrainian healthcare, Ivan leads initiatives in medical forums, pilot programs, and partnerships with both public and private sectors.
