Mr. Yang Qingzhao

Mr. Yang Qingzhao is the President of the Health and Medical Exchange Cooperation Committee (HMECC), operating under the China-Asia Economic Development Association (CAEDA). With a strategic vision rooted in healthcare diplomacy and industrial innovation, Mr. Yang plays a key role in advancing China’s international medical cooperation agenda.

He leads efforts to connect Chinese medical enterprises with global markets through structured partnerships, high-level forums, and cross-border healthcare initiatives. Under his leadership, HMECC has established cooperation platforms across Asia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia — including the launch of the official HMECC office in Ukraine in 2025.

Mr. Yang is also a respected policy advisor and initiator of multi-sector collaborations between government bodies, healthcare institutions, and technology providers.
