The Health and Medical Exchange Cooperation Committee (HMECC) was founded under the China-Asia Economic Development Association to foster global medical collaboration and promote Chinese healthcare innovation abroad.

Strategic Decision to Expand into Eastern Europe
Recognizing the importance of Ukraine as a regional healthcare hub and EU gateway, HMECC initiated talks with Ukrainian partners to establish a local representation.

Launch of HMECC Ukraine
Following high-level discussions, the official representative office of HMECC was approved for launch in Kyiv. The Ukrainian team, led by Ivan Khomych and Alexandru Curiliuc, was appointed to coordinate collaboration, certification, and market access for Chinese medical companies.
